Invoice automation for UK hospitality

Focus on the food, not the margins.

Meezly reads every line of every invoice and flags a price rise the moment it lands, before it quietly eats your margin. You check everything on a review screen first. Nothing reaches Xero without your say-so.

Built for restaurants, cafés, pubs and multi-venue groups on Xero.

The quiet leak

A line-price rise can sit on an ordinary delivery

Nobody announces it. The invoice total still looks sane. By the time it shows in the P&L, you have been paying it for weeks. Meezly compares every invoice line with the last unit price you paid that supplier for the same item, and flags the rise on the review screen the day the invoice arrives.

How it works

From the delivery door to Xero, without the typing

  1. 1

    Send it in

Photograph the invoice at the pass, drop in a PDF, or have suppliers email it straight to your Meezly address.

  2. 2

    Meezly reads it

Supplier, invoice number, date, every line item, VAT, total. Read and structured, duplicates caught by file fingerprint.

  3. 3

    You check it

A review screen shows exactly what was read. Fix anything, approve it, and see any price rises flagged on the spot.

  4. 4

    Filed in Xero

Approved invoices land in Xero as draft bills, split across your venues, with credits and statements tracked alongside.

Questions, answered

What does Meezly actually do?

You photograph, upload or email a supplier invoice. Meezly reads the supplier, invoice number, date, every line item, VAT and total, shows you the result to check, then files it in Xero as a draft bill. Along the way it watches prices, splits costs across venues, tracks credit notes and reconciles supplier statements.

Does Meezly work with Xero?

Yes. Xero is the accounting side of Meezly. Approved invoices are pushed to Xero as draft bills with line-level detail, and venue splits map to a Xero tracking category, so multi-site groups get per-venue numbers without any retyping.

Is it built for hospitality specifically?

Yes. Meezly is made for UK restaurants, cafés, pubs and multi-venue groups: messy supplier invoices, price checking against the last price you paid, credit notes that need chasing, statements that need reconciling, and costs that need splitting across sites.

How much does it cost?

Plans start at £12 a month: Starter at £12 (up to 75 invoices a month), Standard at £25 (up to 200 invoices a month), Pro at £35 (up to 1,000 invoices a month). Multi-venue cost splits are included on the Pro plan.

Do I have to trust the AI blindly?

No. Every extracted invoice goes to a review screen where you can see and correct exactly what was read before anything reaches Xero. Nothing is filed without your say-so.

Ready when you are.

Upload your first invoice. Meezly flags a quiet price rise on the review screen, before it sits in your food cost.
