Multi-venue

One invoice, split across your venues

Running two sites doesn't double the paperwork. It squares it. Shared suppliers, central kitchen deliveries, one invoice covering three venues. Meezly splits costs the way your group actually works, and keeps every venue's numbers honest.

Get started

Split it your way

  • Manual splits for one-off cases: set the percentages on the invoice
  • Standing per-supplier rules: set once, applied to every delivery
  • Revenue-based splits: each venue carries its share of turnover
  • Splits carried into Xero as a venue tracking category

Per-venue truth, not group mush

When shared costs get dumped on whichever site the invoice happened to name, venue P&Ls stop meaning anything. Meezly’s splits keep each site’s food cost and spend real, so you can tell a venue problem from a group problem before it gets expensive.

One inbox for the whole group

Suppliers can email invoices to per-venue addresses, or everything can flow to one account inbox where Meezly reads each document and routes it to the venue it belongs to. Head office sees everything; each site sees its own.

Questions, answered

How do cost splits work?

Three ways: split an individual invoice by hand; set a standing rule per supplier (say, 60/40 between two sites); or split by each venue's share of revenue. Meezly applies the rule and the split flows through to Xero as tracking categories.

What about deliveries to a central kitchen?

That's the classic case: one invoice, several venues' food. A standing supplier rule or a revenue-based split handles it automatically, so per-venue food cost stays honest without anyone doing arithmetic on a delivery note.

Can invoices be routed to the right venue automatically?

Yes. Each venue can have its own email-in address, and in account mode Meezly reads the document itself to work out which venue it belongs to, useful when suppliers send everything to one head-office inbox.

Do I get per-venue numbers or just group totals?

Both. Dashboards and reports break spend down by venue, and the venue tracking category means Xero can report per-site P&L too.

Which plans include multi-venue?

Multi-venue cost splits are included on the Pro (£35/month) plan. Starter and Standard cover a single venue. You can move up whenever a second site arrives.
