What counts as an invoice?
Each supplier document Meezly processes for you in a month: invoices and credit notes. Supplier statements don't count towards the limit.
What if we process more than 1,000 invoices a month?
Then you're a bigger group than Pro is priced for. Talk to us and we'll sort a plan that fits. Up to 1,000 a month, Pro has you covered.
Are all features included on every plan?
Nearly. Extraction, the review screen, price-rise alerts, credit tracking, statement matching, email-in and Xero are on every plan. Multi-venue cost splits and recipe costing are Pro-only. Starter and Standard cover a single venue.
What happens if I go over my plan's limit?
Nothing dramatic. Meezly will let you know and suggest the next plan up. Your invoices don't stop being processed mid-month.
Can I change plans as we grow?
Yes, move up or down at any time. Most operators start on Starter with one venue and move up as more sites (and more paper) come on board.
