How does email-in work?
Each venue gets its own Meezly email address. Give it to suppliers, or set up a forward from your existing accounts inbox. Every attachment that arrives is read, classified, checked for duplicates and queued for review. No app open required.
What if a supplier emails the wrong things?
Meezly classifies every attachment: invoice, credit note, statement or something else. Genuine documents are processed; anything else is forwarded on to your real inbox rather than cluttering your invoice queue.
We have one head-office inbox for all sites. Does that work?
Yes. Point it at your account-level Meezly address and account mode reads each document to work out which venue it belongs to. You can still override at review.
Is this really easier than the app?
It's not either/or. Email-in shines for suppliers who already email PDFs (most of them): those invoices file themselves. The app's photo upload covers the paper that arrives on the van.
