The service
Meezly reads supplier documents you provide, extracts structured data, and helps you review, track and file them, including to Xero when you connect it. AI extraction is checked by you on the review screen; you approve what enters your books, and you remain responsible for your accounting records and returns.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for having the right to upload the documents you send us.
Plans and billing
Meezly is a monthly subscription: Starter (£12/month, one venue, up to 75 invoices a month), Standard (£25/month, one venue, up to 200 invoices a month) and Pro (£35/month, multi-venue included, up to 1,000 invoices a month). Invoice counts cover invoices and credit notes processed in a calendar month. You can change or cancel your plan at any time, effective from the next billing period.
Fair and acceptable use
Use Meezly for your own business’s documents. Don’t attempt to breach account isolation, disrupt the service, or process documents you have no right to process. Volume beyond the Pro plan’s 1,000 invoices a month needs a bespoke arrangement. We’ll talk to you first.
Your data
Your documents and extracted data remain yours. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can export your data and ask us to delete your account.
Service and liability
We work to keep Meezly available and accurate, but no software is perfect: extraction can misread a document, and third-party services (hosting, email, Xero) can have outages. Meezly is provided “as is”; our liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t lawfully be limited.
Changes and contact
